Brief Answer:
You can drink non-alcoholic beer. But try to limit the intake

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic,

0.05% alcohol is negligible. You can drink such non-alcoholic beverages.

However, please limit the use of such beverages as it is high in empty calories and sugar. High intake of sugar will trigger insulin release, which in turn convert the sugars to fat in the liver. So managing fatty liver requires avoidance/limiting intake of such calorie rich beverages.

Following a healthy diet, exercising, avoiding alcohol and losing weight (if needed) will reverse fatty liver in 4-6 weeks.
