Brief Answer:
Its normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, it's nice to hear from you again and it is a good sign that you got your periods spontaneously without any medication.
Weight loss, exercise do improve the hormonal profile in PCOS patients which help in getting spontaneous periods.
It is normal to have periods for a bit prolonged time, when they come delayed. If the bleeding is very heavy and bothering, then you can take tranexemic acid tablets two to three times a day to reduce the flow during periods.
