Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. The feeling you are going through and without swelling, bruises is suggestive of soft tissue injury. To confirm that please tell me-Are you able to walk around without much pain?
You will get over it,with in a few days time. My suggestions for you are-
Continue with ice fomentation, rest, limb elevation along with ibuprofen.
Hope this suffices.
Take care
