Meflospas contains mefenemic acid with dicyclomine. It is mainly used in colicky pain like intestinal colic(intestinal spasm),ureteric colic(spasm of ureter) or billiary colic(spasm of bile system).
The Pain abdomen in a child can be due to various reason and of various character. Coliky pain is one of them.
So I would like to know the associated symptoms along with the character, onset severity and duration of pain.
If it is colicky pain you can use this medicine.
