What Causes Hiatal Hernia, Endometriosis And Intestinal Spasms?

I am 26, 5 4 . I have had two children. My youngest is 4 1\2. Since he has been born I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiet., in the past two years I have had procedures that found I have a hiatal hernia, endometriosis, intestinal spasms, and then H-Pylori. Now I went to the doctor and he said that I have what looks like HIV. I have never had intercourse with anyone other then my husband and him with me. He also had mentioned benign HIV, and cervical polyps. There are at least three and I think there are more that you can tell are starting to grow. One has been there for at least three years and just recently I noticed that it has tripled in size and more are growing. I am upset with my doctor for saying it is something that it could not possibly be, especially since it has strained relationships. I just want to know what is going on and what it is.
