Suggest Treatment For Burping, Stomach Cramps And Diarrhea

I have been burping and it smells/tastes like burnt popcorn..sometimes when I wake up in the morning and stand up its like gas is built up in my stomach and I can't stop the nasty burps..I feel so bloated and then will get horrible stomach cramps and intestinal spasms, followed by diarrhea..please help I'm miserable

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. The given history could be suggestive of some protozoa infection and may be associated with some functional elements. If I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with single dose of anti-protozoa drug and the best is Sacnidazole 1 g (single dose). It could be associated with the hyper acidity so it is advisable to have Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Tab Domperidone 20 mg. It has to be taken at evening time for six weeks.
