Yes, you can take unwanted 72 emergency pill while you are on norethisterone tabs. Both are progesterone medication. So there will be no drug interaction.
Taking unwanted 72 pill within first 24 hrs gives protection more than 95%. It is 85% effective within 24-48 hrs of unprotected sex.
You may get a withdrawal bleeding due to effect of the pill. You should wait for next coming period up to 7 days and undergo one home pregnancy test to be sure.
