Is It Safe To Take Mucinex For Running Nose?
Question: I am an addict and use cocaine daily. Can I take mucinex for the runny nose without it being dangerous?

damn little. Don't take tylenol with it though.
The blood level peak is one one THOUSANTH of the dose 1 nanogram if 10 milligram was taken. Oops, one TEN thousanth. Partly it doesn't get in. partly it is dissolved into the whole body when it only has to directly hit a small area to work in the nose. The decongestant gets dissolved /diluted to a tiny amount. It's effects are imaginary (many side effects...identical if real or fake drug taken).
AND... increasing amounts of the decongestant act much worse . so Use it sparingly, don't take it with tylenol DO NOT TAKE the decongestant IV (shooting meth is very very bad with cocaine) and... unlikley to do more than the very risky effects of the cocaine alone.
There is ONE IMPORTANT EXCEPTION. Nasal Cocaine WITH NASAL decongestant is a huge amount in the NOSE at one time and I can't imagine that is safe. Gangrene and loss of the nose tissue happens. This just has to be risky for that.
