Brief Answer:
It reduce acid secretion. It is safe in your condition.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have atrophic gastritis and pernicious anemia.
Nexium contains esmoprazole. It is a proton pump inhibitor. It inhibites acid secretion in your stomach. It is totally safe in your condition. It should be taken before meal with empty stomach.

Continue your vitamin B12 supplements as prescribed.
Don't worry about that. Just be relaxed.
