                                    Brief Answer:
wait for CT scan report
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX I share your concerns. Please don't panic. Your nephew will require a x ray and CT scan of brain to identify the possible injuries to brain and reason behind this heaviness and inability to see rt. Even if there is blood clot or any concussion to brain , it is curable. He will be kept under observation for 24 hours even if CT scan comes normal. Don't give any thing to drink or eat before CT scan report is finalised. if surgery is required, water or food in stomach creates problem with anesthesia.
Please feel free to contact for follow up queries. I wish your nephew good health and rapid recovery. Take care in future.
