Brief Answer:
REPORT IS NORMAL, NEED MORE DETAILS
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
The HSG report is essentially normal.
It indicates that both your fallopian tubes are open.
ALso the uterus is normal.
So there is no abnormality in this report.
Regarding natural conception, a lot of factors decide it.
I need to know a few more details, before I answer that -
Since how long are you trying to conceive ?
Have you ever conceived naturally ?
what investigations have been done so far to assess fertility, and please upload them.
Then I can guide you regarding your next step.
What is your height and weight ?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
DONT STRESS, HAVE OUTLINED WORKUP FOR YOU
Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Are your cycles regular ?
If you have been trying to conceive normally for 3 years and are yet unsuccessful, you need to consult a proper qualified Infertility specialist.
The steps to proceed ahead are -
1. Get your blood tests done, just the thyroid report has been done which is not enough.
Am providing you with a list -
Complete blood count, blood group, viral markers, FSH, LH, TSH, AMH, Prolactin, DHEAS, Free testosterone, Lipid Profile
2. Get a Pap smear and internal exam done.
3. Husband semen analysis is the next step.
4. Now, ovarian reserve estimates capacity of your ovaries to produce good quality and good number of eggs. In women, this declines as age advances. Instead of counting the egg follicles on sonogram, a better way is to measure the hormone AMH, which gives direct idea of the ovarian reserve, so please get that done.
5. Now, if your cycles are regular, go for 3 - 6 cycles of follicular monitoring. This involves tracking egg growth with serial scans and confirming ovulation on ultrasound scan. It also provides you with more precise dates to time intercourse according to ovulation.
If the ovulation is observed to be compromised, then go for drugs to induce ovulation and again follicular monitoring.
6. There is no need for IUI for a retroverted uterus, retroverted uterus is a normal anatomical variant, and there is no need for IUI. IUI is required only if the semen count is compromised or you fail to conceive inspite of good ovulation observed for 3 - 6 months.
Do not worry, you are young.
Take daily 5 mg per day folic acid supplements.
Do not stress out, IVF ( in vitro fertilization ) is always a last resort for you.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
SEMEN ANALYSIS HAS A PROBLEM
Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have gone through the new attachment that you have sent.
As your cycles are regular, ovarian reserve should not be a problem, but please get FSH, LH and AMH atleast measured.
REgarding your husband's report, there is one worrying factor.
The percentage of normal looking sperms is only 2 %, that means that abnormal sperms are high.
Now, there could be various reasons for this.
Smoking, drinking, age, hormonal deficiencies, stress, prolonged abstinence periods, infections, blockages of tubes carrying the sperms etc.
Is this the first time his test has been carried out ?
A repeat test after 3 days of abstinence should be done.
IF the findings are still the same , he needs to see an XXXXXXX ( male infertility specialist ) and then , IUI is a better option after proper evaluation of cause of this problem .
3. Do not rely on ovulation kits to check ovulation.
Get your husband assessed first and once his problem is sorted out, go for follicular monitoring as that is the best way in your case to check for ovulation.
Kits will only waste more time.
Only if you do not ovulate by yourself, clomid or other medications are required.
Take care.
