Is Pregnancy Advisable After A Gastric Sleeve Operation?

Question: Im pregnant..my last period was XXXXXXX 5 2015 .. I was trying 1 year 10 months to get pregnant with no luck.. U can imagine how precious this baby to me.. And because i had a gastric sleeve operation 2012 dec from my belly button .. Im a bit worried that when my belly grow i will have a problem.. Another thing is i want a good doctor to follow me i will be sending all information requesed for blood test results ultrasound and any other things needed.. I just need to have a doctor who i can feel calm when talking to in helping get through my pregnancy without problems specialy for my baby.. I know i should follow up in a physical place in my country but doctors here are not all ok and i dont feel comfortable with anyone and i cant travel every now and then for checkup so i decided to have an online doctor for real followup and helping each stage of my pregnancy and the doctor in my country will be for make the blood tests and ultrasound that my online doctor request to make sure that everything is ok and the online doctor knows about my health conditions.. So if u can do this please reply to me and i appreciate it.

I understand your concern because you have tried long to get pregnancy, but please be calm because while the beginning of your pregnancy is good, we hope in the God that everything will be OK.

Stomach surgery issue,there is nothing to worry about.

If your LMP was on 16 XXXXXXX than your gestational age will be about 4 weeks.
As your doctor sad that will need two more weeks to confirm with ultrasound scan that your pregnancy is intrauterine.
Hence wait these two weeks for ultrasound examination.
During this ultrasound examination, if you will do transvaginal, you can hear and fetal heart beatings.
But don't worry, because while you haven't any health issue during this time, chances for ectopic pregnancy doesn't exist.

You have done very good with the use of folic acid, it is very useful to decrease chances for spina bifida.

After you doctor will confirm that pregnancy is intrauterine and show fetal heart beatings you can do some simple tests, like :
Blood test with blood group and Rh factor
Urine test
Vaginal swab
TORCH test
I will inform you for all steps you will follow during you pregnancy.
Keep in mind that pregnancy is a physiologic process and the is no need to worry.
Hence be calm, use more fluids especially water, vegetables and fruits.
For all doubts and questions you will have I will be ready.

Thank i so much for reply .. My first day of last period was 5 XXXXXXX ..

So i think im 5 weeks 5 days since LMP

Also thanks for answering my concerns regarding my surgery..

Ok i did a cbc u can check it i havent had normal blood test it used to be always low even before my gastric sleeve operation when i was very fat i had low in everything.. But its a blessing that i think now its normal which XXXXXXX me u can check it .. I still didnt visit the doctor my appointment will be in few days

Oh ,excuse ,if your LMP was on 5 XXXXXXX then gestational age is 5 weeks and 6 days,but as per your B-hHcg level(197) your gestational age is approximately 4 weeks .
Hence in my opinion ,until you haven't concern ,don't hasten to make ultrasound examination.
But be calm because with that BHcg level ,we have confirmed 100% that you are pregnant.

Blood test is fine ,really you are blessed with your scenario.

Another thing that is important while you have had gastric sleeve ,is to do level of :
Calcium
Vitamin B12
