Question: Can sperms cross three layers of clothes? Boxers, pyjamas and panties?

Good morning!
I can understand your concerns.

Sperms need a pretty direct route and really must be placed in or near the vagina in a liquid environment (they "swim" to get through the cervix and to a waiting egg). Fabric (in the boxers, pyjamas or panties) makes it extremely difficult for the sperms to get where it needs to go to meet an egg.

Hi doctor,

I know I am freaking out without any reason. Me and the guy were dry humping and he was in his boxers, whereas I was wearing my pyjamas and an underwear. He ejaculted in his boxers. I hope this is safe. I am sure nothing wrong can happen in this way.

Since you & your gentleman were "dry humping" and he ejaculated in his boxers and you were wearing pyjama and an underwear, so there were so many barriers for the seminal fluid to cross & hence you are safe.
