Brief Answer: Polyneuropathy because of sjogren syndrome Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query. If I am not incorrect then AS which you have mentioned is for ankylosing spondylitis. The suffering you are going through is medically known as peripheral neuropathy with the most obvious cause is sjogren disease(syndrome). In this most common is symmetric sensorimotor polyneuropathy . The course is generally slowly progressive. As far as treatment is concerned intravenous immmunoglobulin has shown promising results, along with vitamin B12 and prednisolone under Rheumatologist guidance. Take care and if you have further query i shall be glad to answer them. Regards,
