Brief Answer:
Please attach a picture if its possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Can you please attach a picture of this lump? How often do you exercise? What is your heart rate? How often do you urinate? Is your urine dark?

There is no way lymph node in this location can cause low blood pressure. And if the lump is right under the skin, ingrown hair seems more probable. And for sure neither lymph node or ingrown hair can not cause low blood pressure.

If you do exercise regularly, you may have low blood pressure due to physical activity. Dehydration is also very common reason of low blood pressure. And some persons just have lower than regular blood pressure with no particular reason.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
