Question: Is there any medication for ADHD that doesn't cause sweating? Adderall has made a huge difference in my life, but drenching sweating is happening more frequently. My doctor had told me to stop Adderall, but I hope there's another med I can be on for my ADHD.

Brief Answer:
ritalin-sr/99754?iL=true" >Methylphenidate is another drug for treating ADHD

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Methylphenidate ( Ritalin, Concerta, etc.) is usually used for ADHD.
It has short acting and extended release forms, and sweating is not a common side effect of this drug.
Another component of ADHD treatment is psychotherapy together with medicaments.
So I suggest you to discuss with your treating Doctor possibility of starting treatment with Methylphenidate (if you are not allergic to it), dosages, precautions etc.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
