Is Weight Gain A Side Effect Of Nebivolol?

Question: i feel heart palpitation 2 years ago. Dr suggest me Byscard 2.5mg (Nebivlol) once daily after all test,echo,Ecg etc.... That time me weight was 98 KG. My height is 5 feet 10 inch and age 35 years.i feel after using this tablet i put on more than 7 KG weight in one year. Now my weight is 105 KG. but now issue that in past so many time i reduce weight from 10 15 KG with moderate exercise and Meal control but now its very difficult to reduce weight by taking these steps. is that XXXXXXX to usage of Nebivlol?

Usually Nebivolol doesn't have such side effects on weight gain.
It could be related to other metabolic disorders, stress, sedentary lifestyle or not healthy diet.
Actually gaining weight is very easy and fast, but loosing weight is a long and difficult. But you shouldn't give up. The best variant is to loose weight slowly.
Try to exercise much, go to swimming pool
Avoid stress
Try not to eat after 8pm
Don't drink liquids with meal
Eat frequently with small portions
Chew slowly
Cut the amount of sweets
Don't eat junk food
Don't drink soda
Try to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables in the morning
Eat more protein for dinner
