Question: Little bumps all over my forehead . They dont hurt at all they just keep appearing abd i never had bad acne problems at all

Hello,
Thanks for the query and photographs,
These bump like lesions are called as comedones.
These are in fact initial stage of acne.
If you control these at present stage,it will not become severe acne.

Please apply Adapelene gel (Nilac AC) in night and Clindamycin gel (Faceclin ) in morning.
Do this for a month, you will get relief from these bumps.

Where do comedones come from? Acne problems dont run in my genes

Hello comedones are just blockadge of glands.
There are numerous sebaceous glands on our face, when they get blocked they lead to comedones.
They dont run in family and can be easily treated.
