Neck Stiffness, Pain At The Back Of Skull And Tingling In Left Arm. Symptoms Of Brain Tumor?
Symptoms do not suggest a brain tumor
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I can understand your concern and anxiety, however, I would like to point out that your symptoms are not specific for a brain tumor.
These symptoms are most likely due to a pinched nerve in the neck region, due to a slipped disc.
So, I do not think there is an urgent need to do CT or MRI of brain; however, if you are concerned, then, it may be done.
Signs that could warrant a scan of brain to exclude brain tumor would include:
Headache on waking up in morning,
vomiting without nausea that relieves the headaches,
Blurred vision or double vision with severe headache,
Seizures or fits affecting one side of body,
Weakness or numbness of one side of body.
I hope it helps.
Please get back if you require any additional information.

Thank you for getting back.
Your current symptoms are still most likely due to a pinched nerve in the neck region.
You would benefit from taking medications such as pregabalin or gabapentin.
I would feel that you can wait till Monday, however, as I said earlier that if you are concerned about brain tumor, or if you develop any of the symptoms that I described earlier, you could get a CT scan of the brain done.

Thank you for getting back with the good news that the CT brain was normal.
So, you can be pretty confident now that there is no brain tumor at this point.
