I have neck pain for a few weeks now. Last night I was early to bed. Could not sleep as I was continually thirsty. Neck pain and ongoing headache and thirst even after each time I woke up I drank water and a 500mg Panado. Feeling no better this morning.
Headache along with neck pain and constant thirst point towards possible dehydration. It may be migraine as well. Please keep yourself hydrated, check your blood pressure and take rest. Please visit a doctor for proper evaluation.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
