Question: hi my name is JuQuelia Bellot I am in the Us.Coast guard
They want to discharge me for being 28 over weight.
It was said that it was unhealthy to lose that weight in 3 months
is thst true? is ther a way I can get it done in a healthy manner

Steady and gradual weight loss(ie 1 to 2 pounds per week).
Spend more calories than intake (ie 3500 calories equals in pound you need to reduces 500 to 1000 calories per days to achieve 1 to 2 pound weight lose per week).
Physical activities and exercise(60 to 90 mins of moderate workout in most days of a week).
Commitment and willpower to continue it for a long period of time.
