Question: hi doctor....my girlfriend who has poly cystic ovary has been consuming OCPs for the last 2 years.....we had unprotected sexual intercourse after the recent completion of her OCP course say 5 days back...i used the withdrawal method but i am not sure whether i had ejaculated inside her....but on the contrary just after dat i ejaculated outside.....so i might not have ejaculated inside....to be sure she had an emergency contraceptive pill and now its been 4 days and she hasnt has her periods.....is der any way she can get pregnant? if yes tell me the easiest way via oral pills to abort ...coz we are just 22 and dont wanna conceive now...please help..its urgent..!!!!

Since she is having PCOD , she is likely to have delayed periods.

I would like to know her menstrual history , whether it was regular or delayed as you have mentioned she didn't have her periods after 5 days of stopping the pill

You have taken extra precaution so no need to take another medicine till pregnancy is proved

You can wait and do a pregnancy test at home in urine and if positive then only give her abortion pills
