Removed Ear Wax Flakes. Is There Anything To Rinse Ear And Clean Completely?

Thanks for posting the query
Accumulated cerumen or retained qtip in the ear can become hard like a stone causing various problems. Similarly, there can be flakes surrounding the hardened wax which can get discharged in long threads. These flakes are the dead skin debris which are formed due to exertion of pressure by the hardened debris over the canal skin.
My advice to you is to use some wax solvents which are avaialble over the counter and consult your doctor for aural cleaning and examination of the ear. Do not use hydrogen peroxide into the ear as it can cause excoriation of the canal skin and damage it further.
Hope I have answered your query; I will be available for the follow up query.

The waxy worm like thing is the denuded and dried skin, which happens due to the pressure effect of the hardened debris in the canal. I'm sorry, the MRI is not uploaded. You can mail the images to customer care, quoting ' attention to Dr. Naveen Kumar N.'.
Wish you good health

I'm sorry I have not received your MRI till now. Could you please contact the customer care and request them to upload the images for you.
Secondly, when you XXXXXXX the ENT specialist request him to do a oto-endoscopy and show the images to you. Also, you can mail the same to me.
There are various surgeries advocated for various hearing realted problems. I do not know what exactly is the problem with your hearing, if you can elaborate the problems I can help you in a better way.

Welcome back
Relax! I don't think so you will require any sort of surgery for this problem. My advice to you is to consult an ENT specialist first and get an oto-endoscopy done. This will confirm whether you have got any problem or not. After that, let us decide what has to be done.
Wish you good luck and good health.

It is very unusual for any worm to burrow into the ear canal. It is almost impossible, because part of the ear canal is formed by cartilage and partly by bone. It is not possible for the worm to burry itself under the canal skin without causing excruciating pain. Explain to the doctor about your problems and leave it on him to find out what it is.

the worm like thing coming out of the leasion going into my ear feels like it has a bunch of spikes or sharp points allover the end of it, havent got it out yet but will try. let me know what you think of the MRI, it looks like there is cavities on both sides on the inside where the ears are, also looks like a hole going all the way through.
Welcome back
Please post the images of MRI, I will definitely help you out.

I am sorry, can you please re-post these images in JPEG format. I tried converting the sent file to JEPG format, but its not happening. A small suggestion for you, when you are trying to save the images from the file, try to save it in JPEG format and then upload the same.

Did he insert an oto-endoscope and show you the video of it. That would have given you a better picture of what is happening in the ear. Please upload the CT scan images, I will definitely help you out.
