Question: Hi Doctor,

I have small red bumps on my face and the intensity keeps varying during the month.They are not itchy, but they do not look good. What do i do about it ?

Probably you are suffering from comedones.
These are precursors of acne.

I can suggest you medication.
However I would like to see a photograph of your face showing the lesion.
