Sprain On Ankle. No Fracture Seen On X-ray. Got Fever And Headache. Is This Normal?

Thanks for posting your query.
From description it seems to be soft tissue injury or ligament injury.
The sprained ankle and fever if it is associated with an increase in the swelling, pain and redness is indicative of an infection in the area. If the signs of active infection appear then consult your physician for appropriate treatment.
Meanwhile -
1. Do a hot compress on the area of injury.
2. Avoid weight bearing on the foot.
3. Keep the foot elevated on two pillows while resting.
4. Get some mild pain killers prescribed from your doctor.
Hope this will help you. Please do write back if you have any additional concerns.
