Welcome to XXXXXXX
The acne is actually the infection of the sebaceous glands that gets blocked due to fat accumulation in their opening. The blocked ducts result into white and dark heads.
It needs a careful management and patience to recover and is a treatable condition.
It is recommended to follow the undermentioned treatment. Some drugs might be required to be prescribed by the doctor as you will not be able to get them directly.
1. first of all had a herbal facial to remove the dead cells and blocked duct from the face.
2. Use a lemon cleanser 2-3 times a week. Use the face wash you are already using.
3. Capsule doxycyclin 100mg twice a day for 02 weeks. Don't use during pregnancy.
4. melacare cream in the morning
5. Isotretinoin cream in combination with erythromycin cream at night on the acne.
6. Avoid using greasy creams or cosmetics. Use fresh fruit juice and increased fluids and avoid fatty foods and to try to maintain body weight within normal limits.
Use the above treatment for at least a month and do get back to me with results.

Thank you for reply.. Due to me being in the uk I am unsure if these brands are available or if they r the same as the ones I mentioned to you that I am prescribed. Please be aware that due to the national health service all items are prescription only from a specialist and therefore difficult to option without a long wait.
Thank you
The drugs i have mentioned are not the same as you have been using earlier but are different from that. I haven't used the trade or brand names but they are the generic names of the drugs and if you ask the pharmacist about these drugs, they will give you the available brands.
The lemon cleanser is easily available in cosmetic stores. Isotretinoin+erythromycin and melacare (Hydroquinone/Tretinoin/Mometasone) is on the counter available topical creams and hope you will get them easily.
Doxycyclin is antibiotic very much effective in the treatment of acne which might be not available without the prescription of the doctor. You can prescribe it through your GP as well.
