Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
Yes it's true that Arkoxia has many unwanted side effects and it wasn't approved by FDA to be used in USA.
If you were my patient I would recommend to use other NSAID such as advil or naproxen to relieve pain.
Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!

Hi back,
Since your cardiac exams and chest x-ray were normal you shouldn't worry about vital organ (heart and lungs) problems.
Your symptoms may be caused, or aggravated by:
- Osteocondritis
- Gastro esophageal reflux disease (GERD or acid reflux)
- Stress and anxiety
If you were my patient I would recommend as follows:
- Eat often and in small portion
- Avoid spicy food
- Avoid laying down 3 hours after eating
- Use antacids and prilosec
- Use advil three times a day
- Aply warm bags pver your chest
Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
