Brief Answer:
Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, radiophrequency nerve ablation

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and thanks for being on HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

First, I need to ask you for more information about your condition because of restrictions that procedures proposed below, such are you sufficiently active, how many times a day and how long last these episodes of muscles spasms and pain?

I need to know also if you suffer from other health issues such cardiac ones.

One possible way to improve your symptoms is TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) that may significantly reduce both muscles spasms and pain and is a simple procedure to perform.

Another possible procedure, but more invasive, is radiophrequency nerve ablation, that is done only in neurological centers.

I suggest you to discuss with your treating Doctor about these procedures and their restrictions.

Hope you found the answer helpful. Awaiting for more information ad remaining at your disposal for further clarifications.

Greetings.
