Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for following up with me.
So yes you are right you need to reduce atleast 25 kgs of weight.
So as I mentioned before diet control and moderate exercise is the key for weight loss.
Diet-
1. Avoid these foodstuff as much as possible-
Fried items, cold drinks (aerated ), junk foods ( pizza, burgers, french fries, bhajjis), ice creams.
2. Try to reduce rice intake as much as possible. 2 or 3 times a week will suffice. If you want to have rice then have the brown rice ( unpolished rice ).
3. Increase intake of veggies especially green leafy veggies in your diet. It will reduce the absorption of fat from intestines, produce roughage for good bowel emptying as its rich in fibres.
4. Fruits such as oranges, apples, watermelon, small bananas can be taken in evening time. Fruits should not be taken after lunch or dinner. Either have it for evening snacks or morning breakfast.
5. If you are non vegetarian then limit to only fish and chicken. Do not consume red meat. It should be limited to once a week only.
6. Do not binge eat or self reward with food by any means. Especially take extra care not to over eat in parties and functions because we tend to overeat in these places.
That will be helpful for diet purpose.

Exercise-
1. Daily moderate amount of exercise is must.
2. Jogging, cycling, any sport which you like or if you have gym nearby you can join a good gym with personal trainer facility to shed the extra calories and achieve your goals faster.
3. During day to day work try not to use vehicles or lifts instead walk the short distances, climb the stairs.
These small small changes in your daily activities will also help you to keep fit.
I hope I have answered your query well. if
