Suggest Diet For Weight Gain In A Child
Question: Hello, I am 30 years old father and my baby girl XXXX is 2 years old now. Her born weight was 2.200kg.
Now she is 2 years old and her weight is 9kg. Is this the right weight according to her age? She looks very thin.
I want to make her healthy/strong baby from inside and outside also.
Currently her diet/daily routine is as below,
10.30 pm to 8am sleep
8.30 am bath
9.30 am 1 table spoon powder (Almond, Cashew Nut and chestnut)
10.30 am 2 slices of apple
11.30 am - 1 big bowl semiliquid food (e.g. 1 chappati & any liquid sabji)
2.00pm to 4pm - Afternoon sleep
4.30 pm - 1 big bowl semiliquid food (e.g XXXXXXX satva)
9.00 pm - 1 big bowl food (e.g 1 chappati & liquid sabji)
