
Suggest Diet Plan To Lose Weight Around Stomach And Chin Area

Option A : I eat 4 meals.
7 am : Wake up
8 am : Breakfast
1:15 pm : Lunch
5 pm : Evening Snacks
9 pm : Dinner
This diet plan will be the easiest for me to follow. But my only query is……….That IS A 5 HOUR GAP BETWEEN BREAKFAST AND LUNCH ACCEPTABLE????
Option B : I eat 5 meals.
7 am : Wake up
8 am : Breakfast
11 am : Mid morning snack
1:30 pm : Lunch
5 pm : Evening Snacks
9 pm : Dinner
This will be a little tougher to follow, as I am not used to carrying a mid morning snack. IS JUST A TWO AND A HALF HOUR GAP after mid morning gap acceptable. AND THE IMPORTANT QUESTION IS………..WHAT SHOULD I EAT IN A MID MORNING SNACK.
Please tell me what to doctor. So that I can start a great life very soon.

In opinion potion B is better because 5 hours of gap between breakfast and lunch may increase your appetite and there is probability of overeating in lunch.
So you can take any seasonal fruit, fruit salad veg sandwiches or sprouts in mid morning snacks
