Brief Answer:
You might lower the dosage....
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As TSH levels have fallen far below the normal range, you might lower the dosage and get back to 25mcg. Recheck TSH values after 3 months and revise medications if necessary.
However clinically I would like to know how you felt with 50mcg dose when compared to 25mcg. If you have no hyperthyroid symptoms such as anxiety, sweating, palpitation, restlessness / sleepness and if you feel better with 50mcg dosage, you might as well continue with the same dosage until the next thyroid function tests.
Hope this is clear. If you need clarifications, please feel free to ask.
Regards

Hi Doctor,
Thank you for your suggestion. I have not felt any restlessness or anxiety symptoms of hyperthyroidism.
I would reduce dosage to 25 MCG and recheck after 3 months.
Thank you!

Dose can be titrated based on TSH level...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If you have no symptoms then its good. You can titrate the dose of thyronorm according to TSH value in future.
