1. Two Bananas a day does great fro constipation
2. Always drink warm water. Once as soon as you get up and once before going to bed. If warm water can be arranged and had through the day then its perfect. Dehydration is a major cause for dehydration, please drink atleast 5 glasses of water a day
3. Add lots of fruits and vegetables to the diet. Adding Fiber will relieve constipation most of the times
4. Exercises, especially ab crunch and bending exercises help relieve constipation
