Brief Answer:
Urology Consultation

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the feedback.

Steroids will not work. In fact it will increase the incidence of infection. I would suggest that you consult a urologist to get clinically assessed.

Brief Answer:
HI,

Circumcision is removal of the extra foreskin. The term incision in the context of phimosis or a tight foreskin does not exist.

The approximate time for complete healing would be 2 weeks.

Rigorous exercise should be avoided until the sutures dissolve that is approximately 2 weeks.
Erection is suppressed during this period by medications.

The OPD case paper does not give the necessary clinical findings.

I hope this answers your doubts.
