Brief Answer:
Unfortunately,at present there are no direct drug

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.Unfortunately; at present there is no direct antidote/drug to counter myositis ocificanase progresiva.
We can only give symptomatic and supportive treatment in form of judicious short-term use of muscle relaxants such as cyclobenzaprine (Flexeril), metaxalone (Skelaxin), or Lioresal (Baclofen) may help to decrease muscle spasm and maintain more functional activity.
During flare up corticosteroid in form of prednisolone may be given.
I wish if I could be of more help to you.
Take care
Regards
