Question: I have sex
with my partner after marriage.my periods are irregular.i have checked with doctor and it results polycystic ovary.i am continuing XXXXXXX and meprate for regularise petiod.i am also feelin fatty in lower abdomen.how could i get normal period without taking medicines.kindly suggest me.

Polycystic ovary syndrome is complicated and medications can be helpful. If you really do not want to take medications the best things you can do is to get your diet optimized with a low carbohydrate content. Getting your body weight to less than a BMI of 25 is helpful. Exercising daily for 30-60 minutes daily would also be good. Please let me know if you have other questions.
