Question: res sir,

iam suffering from heredity ezxima. in which skin of my palms and feet gets dry and automatically cuts along with bleeding. once a doc has suggested tablets tricort for it.but when i stop taking this tablet again ezxima appears on palms and feet i got this disease from my father in heridatery kindly suggest any pemanent solution for it thank you

Thanks for the photographs.
I treat such cases with a combination of creams.
1. Apply ointment betagent in night and desonide in morning for 15 days. This will lead to complete recovery.
2. Once the skin is clean apply xerina lotion in night and desonide in morning for 3 months.
This should help you in long term.
These medications are safe and effective and usually available over the counter.
