I am IT professional and as usual i spend 12 hours working. Due to personal and office stress I could not spend much time on my health. While i dont overeat but have been in habit of skipping breakfast, late dinner and sleeping at 2am. I have gained 15 kgs weight over last 3 years. I am looking for recommendations on losing my weight and to reduce stress.

Thank you for your response. I am 31 years old, 5'10" height , 90 kgs weight. I am IT manager and most of my time is at desk work. I spent time at home with some learning and development.

When you are going for weight loss programme it is important to set realistic goal, like loosing 1 to 1/2 kg per week.
It is always wise to club physical activity with diet plan for better results. A brisk walk of 30 minutes or some light exercises may be started at initial phase. Gradually improving the time and frequency. It may be difficult in your case but you can try alternative as using treadmill.

You have to go for high fiber sources of energy while eliminating any possible source of empty calories like alcohol and carbonated beverages.
