Question: My niece is in Bali and has been bitten by a bug in Bali which has blistered and has been given a cream and tablets from the pharmisit are these ok to treat danasone (tablets) and nestacort (cream)?

These medication are dexamethasone(danasone) and steroid,nasacort and these are used short-term for insect bites when there is suspicious allergy. So in most cases this is sufficient unless bacterial infection occur,in which case,antibiotic should be given as well.
