Question: Hi I am suffering from high uric acid since 4-5 yrs its 8.3,and getting joints pain and swelling on foot some times.already consult doc and going under medicine treatment.
any permanent solution for this problem

Any diet modifications did you make while consuming foods that produce less uric acid?
Did you consult dietitian for this?
Generally the uricosuric drugs are prescribed and are effective in controlling the uric acid in the blood. They eliminate the uric acid in the urine.
All the paracetmol drugs are relatively safer to be taken when you have pains?
Try to get modification in your diet and be regular with your medication prescribed by the doctor, the problem should not be bothering.

I AM taking feburic 80 tab once daily...
Avoiding high protein diet like meat,beans, pulses,peas,bakery products,

for pains iam taking ibuprofen 400 mg

after avoiding high protein diet and follows diet plan iam geting this attack frequently,if u can suggest any permanent solution for this....

If you are following every thing and still have uric acid more than 6mg/dl this is labelled treatment failed Gout. Feburic is very capable of reducing uric acid levels.

I suggest you to take specialist opinion here from a Rheumatologist.
