Suggest Remedies For Foreskin Retraction During Ejaculation

Question: I can retract my foreskin of penis in flaccid state that my whole glans appears but when erect i cannot pull it back only 25% of glans shows when i pull in erect state, what is the treatment for this surgery or medicine or stretching exercises? i have no problem in urination and also ejaculation but when i ejaculate it doesn't go far as foreskin is above glans

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been able to retract your foreskin completely over glans penis when the penis is in flaccid state where as it can be retracted completely on erection .

This is due to what is called as Partial Phimosis .

The prime requisite for enjoyable sex is easy penetration of hard erected penis into vagina and easy to and fro movements of glans penis in vagina during intercourse which helps in getting sensation of sexual pleasure and satisfaction and to reach climax of sexual satisfaction what is called as Orgasm which ends with forceful and rhythmic ejaculation.

Looking at your problem of partial Phimosis you will have difficulty in penetration of vagina and restrict to and fro movements little pailful and may deprive you of sexual pleasure .Hence I would suggest you to get Circumcised .

This is a simple surgery done under local anaesthesia as a out patient procedure and offers permanent cure and helps to have enjoyable sex for rest of the life.

Though Preputioplasty is a procedure that involves incision of prepuceal skin on dorsal aspect .

Though it suffice the purpose of exposing glans penis completely like Circumcision it has its own drawbacks like
1) It alters the cosmetic appearance of penis which looks little ugly and is not likened by most of the females which is one of the prime concern in sexual satisfaction ..

Take your own decision before you go for surgery .
