Question: Hi I am suffering from high uric acid since 4-5 yrs its 8.3,and getting joints pain and swelling on foot some times.already consult doc and going under medicine treatment. any permanent solution for this problem

i am taking Feburic80 .. already stop high protein diet meat,wine, pulses,bakery products.when wakeup in morning use to have small pain in toes and fingers.last month (28th )i got swelling on toe.

Well you don't have to stop everything , guidelines say to avoid alcohol and red meat only , stopping pulses and others are not recommended . Since you are already taking feburic it will keep the Uric acid levels in check . There is no permanent cure for this , you have to be on medicine , also acute attacks can occur which will then be tackled with NSAIDs like Naproxen etc. depending on the severity .
