This is a condition in which headache is less prominent, but the patient sees sparkles of light (called Fortification Spectra) and Flashes of Light. This condition also resembles Visual Seizures. The Diagnosis can be made by EEG. If you have already done an EEG and if the result is normal, then what you are having is likely to be Acephalgic migraine. If EEG has not been done to you, I would suggest that you request your Neurologist for an EEG
Topiramate 25 mg Tablets three times a day is known to prevent such attacks
