Mouth ulcers, treatment same
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Mouth ulcers also called aphthous ulcers are pretty much due to gastric discomfort and yes eating fish that frequently can worsen acidity and lead to such ulcers. Steroids help it. Topical use of some anesthetic gels for the pain relief and use of antacids which you are already on, modifying diet and lifestyle, eating small frequent meals, eating fresh meals rich in fiber and nature and drink plenty of fluids daily . I am sure it will help. Garlic water mouth rinses also helps.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
