Need more information...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
From what I understand you have pain in both calves regularly. Can you explain if the pain is continuous or intermittent? Does it get worse during the course of day or while on the bed? Are there any factors that trigger this pain? If there is any swelling or redness associated with pain?
Calf pain is associated with multiple causes. Answers to the above questions will help me narrow down possibilities.
Awaiting your response...

It is more or less regular but definitely increases with the day. It gets worse in the bed. Lot of times even sleep does not help in the same. No such redness or swelling. The pain is more or less constant but it does increases if I walk for sometime.
Brief Answer:
Mostly muscular ache. Otherwise nutritional deficiency...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your description rules out venous blocks. Arterial blocks seems less likely too. Accordingly the next common cause responsible for those calf pain is muscular aches perhaps related to your work load and muscle exertion. I would order a few investigations to rule out nutritional deficiency. Test like complete blood count, ESR, vitamin D, calcium, vitamin b12, TSH and blood sugar may be necessary. These test may be performed with help of your treating doctor.
In the meanwhile, you could take local pain medications like ibuprofen 200mg at night after dinner for symptom relief. Other treatment if any will be based on test results.
Hope this helps.
