Brief Answer:
Seems shingles rash

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

I have gone through the photo you provided and noted the rash, blisters. From what I could see, I imagine the location is on the ribs way in the back (makes me think of nerve passage).

It is the beginning of shingles. Antiviral can be used as the rash appeared in the last 72 hours to prevent further spread of rash.

If it's only itchy, can use benadryl(antihistaminic) orally and calamine lotion locally.
Applying ice/cold compresses locally can also be of help.

If pain, can use paracetamol with codeine(co-codamol) or ibuprofen.

Wear loose clothes, and can cover blisters with loose gauze. Do not tend to break the blisters to avoid further spread of infection or bacterial co-infection.

The rash will take 2 to 4 weeks to totally disappear without any scar or other skin complication.

You can contact your doctor if notice anything unusual.

Wish fast recovery.
