Brief Answer:
Seems to be ringworm infection
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be tinea cruris which is a ringworm infection.
In such cases I recommend my patients to take antifungal like tablet fluconazole 200 mg twice weekly and apply sertaconazole cream on the affected areas twice daily for 3-4 weeks.
Along with this I recommend them to take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg twice daily for itching.
Besides this keep the area dry, wear loose cotton clothes including the undergarments, stay in cool airy environment and avoid sharing your soap and towel with others.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
