Can Broken Toenail Cause Jock Itch And Yeast Infection?

I have been developing small white patches of dry skin on my legs/thighs. I have had eczema but it has never look like this. I am recovering from jock itch and a yeast infection and I think all of this started when I injured my toenail and it broke off. What s going on with me?
