Hi,
I have read your query.
Definitely this arthritis, but as arthritis may be due to many causes, like age , increase uric acid, rheumatoid arthritis etc.
For your exact diagnosis to be made get serum RA FACTOR quantitative, serum uric acid, ESR, CRP and send me the report.
Get xray of hand and wrist in AP, oblique and Lateral view done and send me the report.
Till then have tab. indomethacin 25mg thrice a day by prescription of your family doctor as this is no over the counter.
