Suggest Remedy For Acne In A Person With Oily And Sensitive Skin

Oral and topical antiacne preparations; Oral antibiotics
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I have gone through your query and I have noted down your concern.
Taking care of sensitive skin is a long term and continuous process.
You should use a gentle cleanser for face wash e.g cetaphil cleansing lotion, twice daily, which is ideally suited for sensitive skin.
I would also suggest an oral antiinflammatory antibiotic e.g doxycycline 100 mg twice daily for at least 2-4 weeks. Topically I would advice you to use either clindamycin 1% gel or nadifloxacin 1% gel, twice daily for active acne on face. For acne on torso and shoulders, you may use benzoly peroxide 5% gel, twice daily.
Ideally you should avoid using anything that is oily or greasy, on your face, including sunscreens. You may, however, use a gel based sunscreen which is water based and non-comedogenic, instead of a lotion or a cream based sunscreen. 'Suncote gel' is a gel based sunscreen, that you may try.
These are prescription drugs and I would suggest you to use them under supervision of a dermatologist in your vicinity.
Regards

Thank you for your kind help and suggestions. I will surely follow them. Apart from those, will you kindly suggest any topical treatment to cure the acne scars in the back? Actually, I am suffering from severe back acne for last 15 years. Therefore the scars are really awful and stubborn. Will you please help me out with this?
I suggest you to add adapalene 0.1% gel for your back at night
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
For back acne as well as marks/ scars, you may use Adapalene 0.1% gel once daily at night. You may use benzoyl peroxide 5% gel, once during the day.

I have started following the medications suggested by you. As per your last suggestion, I have found ZINDERM BPO GEL in a medical store. Will it meet up the purpose. If not, please specify the name of the ointment containing Adapalene 0.1% gel.
Thanks in Advance,
